Ao me contratar para uma Comissão esteja CIENTE! sobre os termos de serviço nas encomendas, me contratar irá concordar com os termos assinados a baixo:
- Não faço Background Complexos.
- Só faço trabalhos digitais.
- Qualquer dúvida, venham falar comigo nas minhas redes sociais no privado.
-Me mande Referências (personagem, roupa, posição etc..) para ajudar no processo criativo.
-Os desenhos podem demorar entre uma semana até um mês dependendo do pedido.
- Aceitamos pagamentos pelo PICPAY/PAYPAL ou até mesmo por PIX
- Você pode alterar algumas coisas no desenho enquanto for o esboço, mas se quiser alterar o desenho no meio do processo após a confirmação terá que pagar uma pequena Taxa.
- Esteja ciente que não aceitou remoção da minha marca d'água, Editar, copiar etc...
- Como Artista, ainda mantenho todos os direitos absolutos sobre minhas obras.
- Por favor, deem créditos para mim como Artista @Rika_KimBr.
- NÃO USE MINHA ARTE PARA TREINAR IA (inteligência artificial)
SEM REEMBOLSOS após a fase de lineart.

When hiring me for a Commission, be AWARENESS! about the terms of service in the orders, when hiring me you will be in agreement with the terms signed below:
- I don't do Complex Backgrounds.
- I only do digital work.
- If you have any questions, come talk to me on my social media in private.
-Send me references (character, clothing, position, etc.) to help with the creative process.
-Drawings can take between a week and a month depending on the order.
- We accept payments via PICPAY/PAYPAL or even PIX
- You can change some things in the drawing while sketching, but if you want to change the drawing in the middle of the process after confirmation, you will have to pay a small fee.
- Please be aware that you have not accepted removal of my watermark, Edit, copy etc...
- As an Artist, I still maintain all absolute rights to my works.
- Please credit me as Artist @Rika_KimBr.
- DO NOT USE MY ART TO TRAIN AI (artificial intelligence)
NO REFUNDS after the lineart phase.
